Community Meal Volunteers

By checking the box below, I confirm that I am enrolling myself (and any additional family members) as a volunteer for the Community Meal Ministry at Divine Savior Catholic Church.  I understand that every effort will be made to keep my contact information private, for the purposes of this ministry only.  I also understand that all adults in the ministry are required to sign a waiver of liability, to take one or two online trainings every three years, and to have my fingerprints taken for a background check.  I understand that these safety measures are for the purpose of keeping myself (and my family members) and all volunteers and guests at Divine Savior Catholic Church as safe as possible as we share in the Community Meal experience.  Volunteers who are under age 18 will have modified requirements in order to serve safely.
