Note: We seek to serve as many families as possible in our community. In order to do this, we do not serve families that are being served by another program in the Sacramento area. If you apply for a Christmas Basket from another organization, you are NOT eligible with Divine Savior.
Late requests will only be processed on a “space available” basis as our program is limited. Please fill out ALL information required; incomplete requests may cause delays or may not be accepted!
We must reach you by phone to confirm that you have received your code name and Passport for your basket. During the week of Dec. 16-19th, we will call you to confirm pick-up instructions and time.
