Thank You!Winter Sanctuary Week 4 comes to a close...
Words can hardly express the gratitude we hold for our Divine Savior community whose hearts and hands joined together to host a successful Winter Sanctuary last week. Over the course of the week we were able to serve 25 homeless guests providing them a hot meal each night, a warm and safe shelter for 7 nights, and the presence of countless caring and compassionate volunteers who welcomed them.
Throughout the week our parish…- Filled 180 volunteer slots
- Provided 228 dinner meals with desserts and 133 breakfast/snack bags
- Offered laundry service 5 nights of the 7
- Haircuts for our guests
- Clothing and shoes provided by SVDP
- Listening and conversation every evening
- Mercy Ministries Shower Trailer
- Dignity Health Wound Care
- Dominoes and card games, movie night and group sing-a-long!

THIS COMING JANUARY, WE WILL AGAIN HOST HOMELESS GUESTS FROM JANUARY 14-21, 2024! Volunteer spots open during Advent!
